“AMENITIES. the amenities alone makes Steve’s place a one stop shop— you’ll never have to leave. Steve’s home was very clean, and COZY! Right away you feel at home. We did have to supply our own beach towels, so be sure to plan ahead! Steve was able to steer us in the direction of Alvin’s Island where we could buy towels. The welcome binder had a ton of information on places to eat and things to do around PCB. Would highly recommend a stay with Steve!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Steve’s place! It was exactly what our family needed for our trip, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We did purchase some bottled water to keep stocked in the fridge and brought/used some extra towels, but those were minor things. One suggestion would be to have a few more pieces of silverware, kitchen bowls, and cooking utensils available, especially for families planning to stay for several days and cook meals. Other than that, everything was perfect! We especially loved all the amenities at the resort. The kids really enjoyed the crafting activities, the kids’ pool, and having a Starbucks right there was such a bonus. There were also fun events happening every night, which gave our family plenty to do. We absolutely loved our stay and had such a great family trip. We would definitely love to book Steve’s place again!”
